My approach to organizing is simple, compassionate, and completely judgment-free. This work isn’t about fixing, overhauling, or striving for perfection. It’s about creating calm, functional systems that fit your family’s real life,

not an idealized version of it.

1. Do you offer cleaning services?

​

No. The Motherload Co. specializes in decluttering and organizing, not cleaning. That said, organizing often goes hand-in-hand with cleaning, and many clients choose to clean before or after a session for best results.

 

2. Do I need to tidy up before you come?
 

Not at all. Please don’t pre-organize or stress beforehand. I need to see how your space is currently working so I can create systems that make sense for your real life.

 

3. Is this service judgment-free?
 

Absolutely. My work is rooted in compassion and understanding. Messy spaces are a result of busy lives , not personal failure. You are never judged here.

 

4. How long does a session take?
 

Most sessions range from 4–8 hours, depending on the size of the space and level of clutter. Larger projects may be completed over multiple sessions.

 

5. Do I need to be home during the session?

​

Yes, at least at the beginning. We’ll review goals together, make decisions about what stays or goes, and then I can work independently if you prefer.

 

6. Will you remove donations or unwanted items?

​

Yes, donation drop-off can be included as an add-on or discussed during your consult.

 

7. Do you provide organizing products (bins, labels, etc.)?

​

I can recommend and source organizing products if needed. Products are not included in the base session fee unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

8. What areas do you organize?

​

Pantries, kitchens, toy rooms, closets, laundry rooms, bathrooms, storage spaces, and other
high-traffic family areas.

 

9. How much does it cost?

​

Pricing depends on the space and level of support needed. I’ll recommend the best option after a complimentary connection call. 

 

10. How do I book?

​

Simply reach out by call, text, email or contact form. We’ll start with a supportive connection call and then schedule your in-house organization session.
